Felltop Cottage offers self catering accommodation for up to 4 people, in the centre of Keswick, the Heart of the Lake District.

 

A travel cot and high chair are available.

 

The accommodation is spacious, airy, warm and comfortable in a tradition slate building with a modern feel.

Felltop Cottage is located in a quiet residential street, Helvellyn Street, yet is only a 3 minute walk to Keswick Town Centre, where you will find a variety of cafes, pubs, restaurants and takeaways.

It is an ideal base for couples and families a like.

 

 

 

The lounge area has comfortable seating with a settee, arm chair and window seat in the bay fronted window.

 

The smart television comes with freesat and dvd player

 

The dining area has an oak table and 4 dining chairs and a further settee. There is also a book case with local information, books and games along with a cd/radio.

 

The fully fitted kitchen comes well equipped with a full set of utensils, crockery, pots and pans. There is a 5 ring gas hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster and kettle. It also has a built in dishwasher and washing machine and tall fridge/freezer.

 

Adjacent to the kitchen there is a useful conservatory for secure bicycle storage and muddy boots.

 

At the rear of the property there is a small yard with planted pots and seating.

 

Upstairs there is a large kingsize bedroom, a twin room and a modern fitted bathroom.

 

The bathroom has a bath with electric power shower over bath.
