Prices quoted are for 7 nights and include all utilities and bed linen. Towels are not provided but can be hired at an additional cost if so required.

Please note we do not provide bedding for the cot.

A non-refundable deposit of £100 is required to confirm the booking, the balance of the rental is to be paid 6 weeks prior to the date of the arrival. Any last minute holidays the total amount must be paid to reserve Felltop Cottage.

• In line with current smoking legislation, Felltop Cottage is totally NON SMOKING.
• The number of guests must be informed at booking stage and not exceed this number at any time.
• Pets are allowed by prior arrangement only and will incur an additional charge.
